While in India , your companion would be like a sounding board for anything and everything related to your medical procedure or your stay in India.

Consultation and Admission
Panacea Meditours has a preferential arrangement with selected medical centers of excellence. So, with you get immediate admission, immediate consultations, quick diagnosis and a choice of private nurse in 5 star amenities.
The PanPal would accompany you to the face to face consultation with the doctor/surgeon. After a comprehensive health assessment, which may include detailed diagnostic techniques, you shall be suggested the line of treatment and given an earliest date for carrying out the medical procedure. The doctor/surgeon would explain to you in detail about the procedure/surgery. On your complete satisfaction after getting all your queries resolved, you may commit to carry out the procedure with confidence and good faith. Your companion and Panacea would coordinate your interactions with our panel of experts to help you make an informed decision.

During Procedure
Our network of hospitals have comprehensive protocols for pre-operative, operative and post operative care which could be benchmarked with the best in the world. Your companion liaisons with the hospital administration for any special requirements during the hospital stay. This may include - arranging specific group of blood from a FDA certified blood bank, settling interim bills of the hospital, choice of cuisine, general errands, local city side trips and accommodation for you or your loved one.

Post Procedure Care
Post the medical procedure; you may be kept under direct supervision of the treating doctor/surgeon at the hospital for first few days as recommended, depending upon the procedure. Before you are discharged from the hospital, your treating doctor/surgeon suggests on your fitness to travel.
In some cases, depending on the procedure and your medical condition, you may be asked for a follow-up face to face consultation/health assessment to be carried out. After the first few days of direct supervision you may have to vacate the hospital room. Your companion would escort you to an accommodation of choice.
During this time, you can choose to stay at our selected accomodations where complete nursing care by a professionally trained and qualified Nurse would be available. You or your loved one can recuperate in a homely environment with professional nursing care till the time you are not fit for travel or have to wait for a follow-up consultation with the doctor/surgeon. As suggested by the treating doctor/surgeon, rehabilitation services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy can also be administered at your accomodations

Follow-up
On your discharge from the hospital, the treating doctor/surgeon will provide you with comprehensive notes including diagnostic reports, discharge report, CD of the procedure carried out to be passed on to your physician/hospital back home for effective follow-up. Panacea Meditours would be happy serving any of your or your physician's queries through e-mail or phone. Also, you or your local GP/Physician are most welcome to speak directly with our doctors and surgeons - either by phone or email.
